No. Payment is cash or UPI at pickup — there is no online card payment. A booking on the site is a request; it's confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp.

A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup (the amount is shown on each item). It's returned within 3–7 days after the item is returned and inspected. Deductions apply only for damage beyond normal wear, missing pieces, or non-return.

Pickup and return are by appointment across PCMC — Pimpri, Chinchwad, Akurdi, Nigdi, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Ravet and nearby areas. We'll share the exact point when we confirm your booking.

For Navratri, arangetrams and school annual-day season, book as early as possible — popular pieces get reserved quickly. For other dates, a few days' notice is usually enough.

Many costumes come in multiple sizes, and several can be adjusted or custom-fitted with a few days' notice. Tell us the dancer's measurements in your booking notes and we'll advise.

Don't wash silk costumes or jewellery yourself — return them as-is and we handle cleaning. Keep jewellery in the box provided and return all pieces together.

Normal wear is expected and not charged. Stains, tears or missing pieces may be deducted from the deposit at repair or replacement cost. Late returns may incur additional per-day rental until the item is returned.
