Pickup & Return: What to Expect

At pickup

• We confirm a pickup time and point near you on WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
• Bring the rental amount and the refundable deposit (cash or UPI).
• We check the items together so you know their condition at handover.

During the rental

• Wear the costume only for the performance and rehearsals.
• Don’t wash silk or jewellery yourself — we handle cleaning.
• Keep jewellery in the box provided.

At return

• Return on the agreed date to avoid extra per-day charges.
• We inspect the items together.
• Your deposit is refunded within 3–7 days, less any deduction for damage or missing pieces (normal wear is not charged).

If your plans change, message us as early as possible — we can often extend the rental subject to availability.
