Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by you

  • You may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting us as early as possible.
  • As payment is collected at pickup, cancelling before pickup carries no charge.
  • For peak-season reservations (e.g. Navratri, arangetram dates) we may ask for confirmation closer to the date to keep the hold.

Security deposit refunds

  • The refundable security deposit is returned within 3-7 days after the item is returned and inspected.
  • Deductions apply only for damage beyond normal wear, missing pieces, or late/non-return, as set out in the Rental & Deposit Terms.

Changes to a booking

  • Dates and items can be changed subject to availability — contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Issues with an item

  • If an item arrives not as described, tell us before use and we’ll replace it or cancel the rental at no charge.
