Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most rentals are handled by local pickup and return across PCMC. For customers outside easy pickup range, we may offer courier delivery to serviceable pincodes.

Local pickup (default)

  • Pickup and return are arranged by appointment near your area once your booking is confirmed.
  • No delivery charge for local pickup.

Courier delivery (where available)

  • Available only to serviceable pincodes — check your pincode on the booking page.
  • For couriered orders we collect ID proof and the security deposit by UPI before dispatch (no in-person handover).
  • Delivery charges, if any, are quoted on WhatsApp before you confirm.
  • The rental period accounts for transit time both ways; please return promptly to avoid extra per-day charges.

Returns

  • For courier orders, return instructions and the return courier/timeline are shared at dispatch.
  • Deposits are refunded within 3–7 days of the returned items being received and inspected, per our Rental & Deposit Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
